Quality Standards

An ISO 9001:2008 certified unit, we have service support of experienced quality checking personnel. They help us ensure optimum functionality based electrical equipment as well as manufacturing standards as per laid down production norms. Our in-house testing facility with modern and accurate equipment also assist us in conducting necessary tests at different levels of production. The various tests that we conduct include: • Lightning impulse test • Temperature rise rest • Dissolve gas analysis • Tests on transformer oil • Measurement of harmonic analysis of no load current • Measurement acoustic noise level • Measurement of cooler losses The testing equipment used in the process include: • Megger • Clamp meter • High voltage test kit • Loading transformer • LCR meter
